Term and conditions

HZB Arogyam Institute of Nursing, Hazaribag

By applying for admission or enrolling in any course at HZB Arogyam Institute of Nursing, students agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Admission

Admission is granted strictly on eligibility criteria prescribed for each course (ANM, GNM, B.Sc Nursing).

Admission is subject to availability of seats and verification of original documents.

The Institute reserves the right to cancel admission if any information or document is found to be false or misleading.

2. Fees

Fees must be paid as per the schedule notified by the Institute.

Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by institutional policy or regulatory authority.

Fees are subject to revision as per Institute or government guidelines.

3. Academic Discipline

Students must maintain regular attendance, discipline, and professional conduct.

The Institute follows internal assessment, practical evaluation, and examination norms as prescribed.

Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, or malpractice may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination.

4. Clinical Training

Clinical postings are mandatory and form an integral part of the curriculum.

Students must adhere to hospital rules, patient confidentiality, and ethical nursing practices during training.

5. Scholarship

Scholarships are provided as per government norms and eligibility criteria.

The Institute is not responsible for delays or rejection by scholarship authorities due to incomplete or incorrect submissions.

6. Hostel & Facilities

Hostel and other facilities are subject to availability and institutional rules.

Any damage to Institute or hostel property will be recovered from the student.

7. Placement Assistance

The Institute provides placement assistance and career guidance; however, job placement depends on student performance, eligibility, and external recruitment conditions.

8. Code of Conduct

Students must uphold the dignity of the nursing profession and the reputation of the Institute at all times.

Ragging, substance abuse, or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.

9. Right to Amend

The Institute reserves the right to modify rules, regulations, courses, fees, or policies at any time in accordance with regulatory authority guidelines.
